Soar Strategist, Tiffany is helping others live the life of their dreams. She accomplishes this by creating effective strategies and tools to help women win (SOAR) by shifting their mindset and serving from their place of purpose.
Tiffany uses her SOAR Beyond and Mindset Makeover programs to help her clients successfully complete their personal Journey to SOAR Beyond. In addition to being a Soar Strategist, Tiffany is also an Ovarian Cancer Advocate, Author, Coach and John Maxwell Team certified speaker. She is known for her passionate, energetic, and practical approach in reaching entrepreneurs, women and faith-based leaders. Her authenticity sets her apart, as she uses her personal experiences to coach others to success. Whether in a boardroom, a coaching session, or speaking to supporters Tiffany’s vibrant personality is sure to engage and empower everyone with whom she interacts, leaving them encouraged and motivated.
Courageous and Compassionate towards building a community equipped to SOAR, Tiffany is helping others SOAR Beyond the trauma of their diagnosis. She leverages her signature SOAR program by guiding her clients through the 5R principles.
Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work which helps her reach clients from a space of empathy and empowerment. She demonstrates to her clients the importance of seeing their diagnosis through the lenses of strength, resilience, and triumph. Tiffany holds a dual MBA in Marketing and General Management which helps her show up as a distinguished expert in her industry.
Tiffany is Survivor THRIVER™, Coach and John Maxwell Team certified speaker. In this space, she is known for her passionate, energetic, and practical approach in reaching young and middle adult survivors, ages 30 – 45 within the first five years of receiving a chronic/terminal diagnosis. Her authenticity sets her apart, as she uses her personal experiences to create and cultivate a community. Whether in a board room, a coaching session, or speaking to supporters Tiffany’s vibrant personality is sure to engage and empower everyone with whom she interacts, leaving them encouraged and motivated.
As a speaker, she shares weekly on FB Live. Her messages are designed to provide inspiration, information and encouragement to assist others with navigating a chronic or terminal diagnosis. Tiffany has authored three books, “Psalms of My Spirit”, “Victorious Affirmations for Women, and “The Journey To SOAR Beyond”. March 2018, she designed her first curriculum, SOAR Beyond Training Manual, which she leverages to train Corporations, nonprofits, faith-based entities, and small groups.
She has also participated in several collaborative book projects, working with other female authors across the United States and became an Amazon Best-Selling Author in April 2020.
As a coach, Tiffany assists her clients in developing the right mindset. She shares the importance of being authentic, being bold and how-to gaining clarity.
Tiffany enjoys project management and is often referred to as the project genius. In this role, she helps organizations exceed project timeline expectations, alleviate scope creeping, and ensure the success of projects. She is able to lead organizations and project teams to success through consistent communication, concise timelines and clear understanding of the project.
